For those of you that might NOT have believed QLA RESULTS were still possible like I and others have accomplished – you missed the recent headline!

Instagram and the fastest, biggest payouts in tech startup history

It is extremely gratifying to see success like exhibited by the founders of Instgram! What has changed since my initial successes is the quantum of the numbers. The Internet has allowed even more growth possible than in the bricks and mortar industries that I dealt with years ago. It is easier to get a business to a million dollars/pounds in revenue on the net! It is not easy! But it is easier when compared to construction, etc., though all businesses use the Internet to enhance marketing.

Though me turning $820 into an IPO of £50 million in less than 30 months, in 1984, is still impressive – even bigger is now possible! Of course ultimately taking $820 and creating $450,000,000 in 8 years is still a very extraordinary 540,000% per YEAR growth! Yes, that is 540,000% every year for 8 years! I say that with not much modesty! LOL! Not to beat this horse too much – my above results required 100-120 hours a week! Next time you question what you are doing – ask yourself? What could I do more? In most cases extra time will be the greatest leverage you can apply! More about time in another newsletter!

Not many on the planet then or now can relate to that kind of geometric and quantum growth or hours worked to achieve it! And this is exactly what I have taught and coached since 1993! As I said in my last newsletter – you don’t learn to hit 100 mph fast balls from guys throwing snow balls! Unfortunately, most of you are only in touch with those playing softball: your friends and family who don’t want to hurt your feelings; accountants and lawyers that want you to continue to pay; advisors who just want your money; business partners who don’t have a clue because they never have been in or around the big leagues; and I could go on! And that is a major reason your progress is inhibited! After all, “you don’t know what you don’t know” - as one of my mentees told me several years ago. He went on to be CEO of the year in the UK!

It’s a bad analogy vis-à-vis political correctness. But imagine dating an experienced “lady/guy of the night” as opposed to a farm girl/guy from Kansas, or the Shetlands! Well you know what I mean! You don’t know what you don’t know!

New Coaching Program

I have been working on the updating of my next castle seminar, which begins in less than 3 weeks! It has been fun innovating with new ideas to give the attendees the most value humanly possible!

While working on the seminar, I came up with the idea of attracting new talent to my various business interests. Hell you can use them as well! Using head hunters and the various services have produced results, I am not that happy with long term. In the past I find the best candidates at seminars or my various travels and with www.theguthriegroup.com.

Hence, I decided to launch a new 3 prong search for talent. These 3 will cover the spectrum of the deals I am involved in at this time. I have always said all the talent doesn’t necessarily go to college and, or go to prestigious schools! As witnessed by many extremely successful entrepreneurs over many decades that dropped out of college or never went! But don’t get me wrong – it is a great indicator and a massive leg up to have gone to a prestigious school! As you all know, I didn’t go to one of those great schools! And it took me 8 years to graduate from undergraduate school because I kept “communism from your door steps” for 3 ½ years in between while serving in the U.S. ARMY.

Give Someone A Chance!

I often use the example of a security guard I had in India in 2005/6, who now is one of the most successful Internet marketing guys in Asia! Management saw him while on duty looking poor and skinny – malnourished with his uniform that looked like it would fit me! To make a long story short, we gave him an opportunity to read, study, and be coached. He devoured the material like a kid who had not eaten in years! In the beginning we paid him more, so he could properly eat! After being trained and he succeeded, his starting salary was multiples of his guard wages! And now he is “living large” and has recently been married!

This story in India was further complicated cause he was from the lowest cast in India – ya I know the cast system was outlawed decades ago! But the other employees hated and resented him and treated him poorly! But at the end of the day, he got through the ordeal with our help! And the great news he succeeded beyond our wildest expectations! I am hoping to replicate this again – on a greater scale!

Various partners and mentees of mine have used this rags-to-riches methodology to get talent. It has been successful before, but you need to deal with your own “other employees” to get them past their inherent prejudices! It is not easy, but it can be accomplished! Try it!

In this vain one of my new talent pools will come out of a similar group here in Asia. The final interview for this group of 10 (out of 140) begins today. We will hire 3-5 to start. There is certainly no shortage of this kind of candidate here!

The 2^nd talent group will come out of my own former background—ex-military! There are countless military guys/gals being discharged today that are disciplined, focused, and possess leadership skills, not taught at schools. And more importantly they have real world experience – not merely learned in a class room! I will look for kids (and to me anyone less than 40 is a kid) that are hungry for responsibility and focused to fill my various opportunities. These kids will have more education and former training just because that is what the military does to you! I should know! LOL! As they said in my day – the military takes boys and makes men out of them! And in my case that is certainly what happened! I spent 39 months on active duty as a young man of 20 to 24. I volunteered as a private and came out an officer – ready to tear the world apart! Of course the rest is history!

The 3^rd talent pool is more traditional. I will open up an intern program. In recent years interns have become very popular. Of course they have had interns in show business since the 50’s. Regis Philbin and Katie Couric are prominent examples in the U.S.A., beginning as young interns for TV. I will interview kids recently out of colleges and graduate schools around the world, as I travel! I have already received interest since I announced it on Twitter and FB a couple days ago.

One might ask: who of these 3 groups may produce the “greatest” potential candidates? Who will be the most successful in life and business?

New Castle Seminar

My challenge with the Castle Seminar is keeping the daily amount we will cover to 10 hours, not counting the night work with groups, etc. I am really looking forward to the new experience! And I make no guarantees – but I do guarantee those that attend will have never experienced anything like it in their entire lives and maybe never again unless they attend another castle experience:

Emotional Commitment To Being A High Performance Person

While reading e-mails of mentees and wannabe-mentees, I am reminded of 4 Peñaisms:

1. Success is like taking “Miracle Grow” (Fertilizer) for character flaws! And Super Success exacerbates flaws even more!
2. Don’t waste time on things you can’t change!
3. We are only as emotionally strong as our deepest/biggest secret!
4. We rarely venture outside our comfort zone!

I am mentioning this without mentioning names because it became obvious, after a stream of e-mails — a bunch of Peñaisms were prevalent in my e-mail discussions reference the unrealistic thoughts and actions of these individuals. They are good decent individuals, but very naïve reference their actions!

Success Like Miracle Grow

It is very hard to obtain success for you and your family! But if you think success (not always money) will make all your problems go away — you are dreaming! If you think your own character flaws will disappear like magic — you’re delusional! All success, including money, normally exacerbates your character flaws and enhances your weaknesses (witnessed by mega lottery winners!). You probably are surrounded by people who look up to you and are reluctant to tell you are engaging in self-sabotaging activities. To put it another way — most people will not look a gift horse in the mouth! Or since you are more successful than most of the people you surround yourself with — it will not be them that make any corrections in your actions. Bosses experience this all the time, because subordinates will not correct their superiors for they fear repercussions!

Emotional Strength and Comfort Zone

We all have baggage from our upbringing! That’s life! We all have stuff we would rather have not done and/or had done to us! I have said many times: We have self-esteem or don’t based on how we were raised! Self-esteem is normally produced in your first 7-8 years of life. And we all know who we spend most of that time with — don’t we? Personally, my self-esteem comes from my Mother — God rest her soul! This newsletter would be volumes for me to describe the extraordinary job in building my self-confidence she accomplished! I discuss it at the seminar in detail for those of you that are parents or grandparents and can still influence a child.

But what has become more astonishing to me, is the lack of self-esteem that prevails in life! I have said countless times — it is not the only reason I have succeeded, but it certainly is near the top of my own personal success list! I will give you a simple example: In 1993 I was touring the U.S.A. for the Center for Entrepreneurs Organization. I was doing all their branches from coast to coast. I was in San Francisco and after my blistering attack on what they considered success – I opened it up to questions which was my pattern at that time. The first question from the floor was – what do you attribute your success to Dan? Brains or Balls? I snapped back — 50% – 50% — brains and balls! I then went into my speech of how I developed self-esteem due to my Mother! I had the chutzpa to take action in my answer without even thinking about it, because it was second nature to me for over 40 years! Hence, I took many actions during my career that a normal person would not have even contemplated due to the perceived risk! And another Peñaism – perception is reality!

In this regard, I will discuss how the Internet has done us a disservice because most people hide behind their computer and this is why Tweeter, Facebook, and other social media networks are so fabulously popular! So you net geek nerds should be asking yourself – what do I do to overcome this built-in inadequacy? Ask yourself: 1) how can you do BIG DEALS doing PPC (pay per click) for pennies or even dollars? 2) or how can you ever learn to hit a 100 mph fast ball hanging with people that are throwing 70 mph? Again this is something we discuss in detail at the castle and I work on very hard with mentees, because of its great importance in being successful. But short answer: Even the founder of Facebook got advice from others that had been there and done that, so he and his team knew better how to deal with the “SUITS!” The other method is trial and error over many years!

The tragedy is by the time most achieve a little success they have surround themselves with sycophants and receive no useful feedback! I have said this to CEOs of major companies for many years! Many achieve success in corporate world by sucking ass! And when it is your ass – it feels good and bolsters your lack of self-esteem! On the other hand as those of you that have worked with me – I do just the opposite and give you a good beating – like the real world! Of course the difference is I don’t care if you like me, or care about me! I only care that I get you to produce the results you have told me are your goals! Some are obviously easier than others!

FEAR = False Expectations Appearing Real

We all have secrets! Or things we consider to impolite to discuss, out of fear of what OTHERS will think. Here is an example of how it can even affect me!  Many years ago, I was once on a trip to view a gold mine in Canada and mentioned to a longstanding mentee, who was a super star, a private thought of mine. She immediately without even thinking said “Oh! I had similar thoughts myself!” I was stunned to hear her say that and I knew it was something I no longer had to be mindful of  — meaning the thought vis-à-vis my own actions anymore. After 40 years in the eye of the tiger and hacking my way through many obstacles some real and some in the minds of my colleagues, I now know the obstacles in your mind are the ones that keep us from achieving our goals, but can be the hardest to deal with because we are not comfortable dealing with them! High-performance people have larger more expanded comfort zones than most! And as we learn at the castle seminar, you can practice making your comfort zone much more expanded. We show you the drills that I have personally used for more than 40 years!

But I'm not here to talk about my accomplishments or the countless opportunities which exist online. Dan has already hinted at what I've done in a past newsletter, so I won't rehash that here.

I was having dinner alone recently – something I like to do so I can reflect on the day, and I was thinking about a few emails that crossed my desk these past few days. These are emails from guys who are serious about Dan's methodology. They listen to his sage wisdom and they occasionally write to him about their success and failures.

This note is directly for you guys and the other undecided.

The question you should be asking yourself is: "Am I Doing My Very Best"

If you are making 6 or 7 figures a month, as some of you are – that's all great and good – but is it the best you can do? Are you performing at your peak performance? Are you pushing yourself hard? I would venture to say you aren't. I would go one step further and say you aren't even close.

I'll bet if you've tasted any level of success the world around you (or should I say the world you've built around yourself) is now kissing your ass. Existing in an environment like that makes it hard to grow, and it's impossible to receive any level of critique that can move you in a forward direction.

In that environment, where can you go for real advice? Answer: Nowhere.

I've been to at least 6 seminars myself and will be at Guthrie in May, and each one has been worth the time and money spent. And I plan on attending the newly-announced seminar in October. In fact I will attend all his Castle events as long as he gives them, because even high performance people need recharges to remain focused! And Dan is certainly about getting you to be laser beam focused!

The financial benefits aside, I have learned discipline and life lessons which I may never have acquired on my own. How can you put a price on taping directly into 40 years of high performance business experience?

You can’t.

Some of you guys can't come due to marriage problems, or your partner won't come, or some other reason which you've made 'important.’

These things are holding you hostage from success – and you are allowing it.

Some of you feel you are effective "chilling" in Thailand…thinking perhaps that by some type of universal Osmosis you can rub shoulders with movers and shakers or engage in some kind of personal growth on the beach.

You can't.

If Dan stopped giving seminars and stopped meeting new people…would you regret not coming to the castle? Would it bother you to know you had the chance to spend 7 full days with "Mr. Take no hostages, No BS, Get the f*cking Job Done" Pena?

He's getting older, and there is no guaranteed he'll continue doing these seminars past October. His life doesn't change if he gives them or not. But yours for sure can!

Those of you who are making real money now: Success does not equal high performance! I was successful before I was ever high performance. Success can be fleeting but becoming high performance can virtually guarantees success.

So guys, are u going to think about it, talk about it, dream about it…or will u take action to change your life?

Personally, I have nothing to gain if you come or not. Writing this letter has no other benefit other than to kick a few of you (who I know personally) in the ass…to take some action to get yourself to the next level. And speaking of next level…

It pains to me to see guys who want it, but don't want it bad enough. Here's a private video (meant only for me) which I'll share with you here. This video was done by an old friend, who is always dreaming and talking about online success. I have told him to just "do it", and stop dreaming about it.

I have accused him of stalling on his projects, which he's doing. He made a video for me in October, and he still has not tested his new idea! What if it's a flop? He would've wasted months, maybe years. Failing fast (and moving on) is the name of the game…

He's either afraid of success or he doesn't listen properly…I have given him ample time, step by step directions on what to do, and months have gone by with almost complete in-action. He's got the energy, enthusiasm and the talents – but for some reason that is just not enough! I can assure if he got his butt to the castle, he would NOT leave without taking proper action and knowing if his idea works or not!

I don't want to see any of you fall into this slippery trap! 

I’ll be in Scotland in May and October sharing my ups and downs on the road to super success… Dan will be there and other high performance individuals will be there.

Happy New Year,

Last year was a busy year for me.  However, in spite of my hectic schedule and traveling last year, I still found time to put together something new and special for you.

I have put together the role playing sessions from my past seminar.  If you’ve never been to a QLA seminar, we devote a good portion of time to role playing between students.

An invitation to the Castle Seminar 2012

Hi,

My name is Bill and I've been a QLA follower for the better part of 6 years. I will be at Dan's seminar in May. showing how real players make real money on the internet.

But I'm not here to talk about my accomplishments or the countless opportunities which exist online. Dan has already hinted at what I've done in a past newsletter, so I won't rehash that here.

This email is for the QLA fence-sitters and those of you who – for whatever reason – can't pull the trigger on serious decisions…like making the life-changing decision to hear Dan speak next month.

I was having dinner alone tonight – something I like to do so I can reflect on the day, and I was thinking about a few emails that crossed my desk these past few days. These are emails from guys who are serious about Dan's methodology. They listen to his sage wisdom and they occasionally write to him about their success and failures.

This note is directly for you guys and the other undecided.

The question you should be asking yourself is: "Am I Doing My Very Best"

If you are making 6 or 7 figures a month as some of you are – that's all great and good – but is it the best you can do? Are you performing at your peak performance? Are you pushing yourself hard? I would venture to say you aren't. I would go one step further and say you aren't even close.

I'll bet if you've tasted any level of success the world around you (or should I say the world you've built around yourself) is now kissing your ass. Existing in an environment like that makes it hard to grow, and it's impossible to receive any level of critique that can move you in a forward direction.

In that environment, where can you go for real advice? Answer: Nowhere.

I've been to at least 6 seminars myself, and each one has been worth the time and money spent.

The financial benefits aside I have learned discipline and life lessons which I may never have acquired on my own. How can you put a price on taping directly into 40 years of high performance business experience?

You can’t.

Some of you guys can't come due to marriage problems, or your partner won't come, or some other reason which you've made 'important.’

These things are holding you hostage from success – and you are allowing it.

Some of you feel you are effective "chilling" in Thailand…thinking perhaps that by some type of universal Osmosis you can rub shoulders with movers and shakers or engage in some kind of personal growth on the beach.

You can't.

If Dan stopped giving seminars and stopped meeting new people…would you regret not coming to the castle? Would it bother you to know you had the chance to spend 7 full days with "Mr. Take no hostages, No BS, Get the f*cking Job Done" Pena?

He's getting older, and there is no guaranteed he'll continue doing these seminars. His life doesn't change if he gives them or not. But yours for sure can!

Those of you who are making real money now: Success does not equal high performance! I was successful before I was ever high performance. Success can be fleeting but becoming high performance can virtually guarantees success.

So guys, are u going to think about it, talk about it, dream about it…or will u take action to change your life?

Personally, I have nothing to gain if you come or not. Writing this letter has no other benefit other than to kick a few of you (who I know personally) in the ass…to take some action to get yourself to the next level. And speaking of next level…

It pains to me to see guys who want it, but don't want it bad enough. Here's a private video (meant only for me) which I'll share with you here. This video was done by an old friend, who is always dreaming and talking about online success. I have told him to just "do it", and stop dreaming about it.

I have accused him of stalling on his projects, which he's doing. He m

ade a video for me in October, and he still has not tested his new idea! What if it's a flop? He would've wasted months, maybe years. Failing fast (and moving on) is the name of the game…

He has never spoken to a group before, and he has no plans to speak to any groups in the future.  I have pulled him out of his virtual cave to speak to you, as a personal favor to me – for changing his life with QLA!

Our mystery man has become the go-to-guy for PPC… but he has stayed BELOW the radar… stayed out of Internet news… making his name where it counts… in dollars! He told me once that he made the now-famous PPC guru Perry Marshal blush during a private discussion at a System Seminar. “….I simply made up my mind 16 months ago to make a million dollars within the next year. I determined what it would take and set out to do. On June 16, 2002 I went live with my first online business. I built what many consider the most popular … membership website online today. I become one of Google’s and Overture’s top advertisers…regularly spending over $5,000 (US) daily in advertising. I believe I’m one of the few individuals who was generating $100,000 (US) weekly, while STILL working a full-time job! It almost cost me my marriage, as I was working 16 hours a day (and more) EVERYDAY… including weekends…no vacation, no holidays. I left my job 5 months ago and have not looked back. Leaving my job was the biggest challenge. I was scared to death! I mean REALLY scared…even though I had more money than ever, I was still terrified.

Dear QLA Visionary and Devotee:

Hope your holidays were happy and you have more success in 2011 than you can imagine!

The New Year is upon us and this is the time I historically discuss goals, aspirations and the positive affirmations that go along with them. I have been doing this for most of my 40 year (January 1971) career.  Actually I have since 1976 when I attended my first PACE seminar with Jim Newman, who became my mentor. As a kid I had no goals and accomplished little as I have written and said many times. My Father had only 1 goal for me: to keep me alive till I reached the age of reason!

Upon volunteering to go into the Army, as a 20 year old, in Jun 1966, I formulated 2 goals: come back; and once in the Army to become an officer. Going through OCS and becoming an officer changed my life forever. What I learned as a young army officer has stood me in good stead since Jul 1, 1967, the day I gained my commission and was deemed: AN OFFICER AND GENTLEMAN BY AN ACT OF THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES!

My next goal upon leaving the military was to get through college in the shortest possible time: after flunking out of 2 colleges before entering the military, I returned on academic probation and finished in 2 ½ years taking as much as 26 units in one semester. I graduated in Jan 1971 achieving Dean’s List recognition. Hence, even though goals seemed to work for me, it still took me till 1976 to fully appreciate what setting goals REALLY meant to achieving in life.

From 1976 to 1991 I was fanatical about my goals, aspirations and affirmations! Since 1992 (when I got kicked out of the company I founded) I have been less strict, but still diligent. Funny, as I think back much of my material success came from 1976 to 1991. This should be a lesson for ALL! And I have decided to become fanatical vies a vies my goals in my 66^th year! I am reading my goals and positive affirmations when I go to bed and when I wake up daily! To me it made sense, when most people are retiring from active life – to kick life in the ass and spend the next years leading from the front, while still accomplishing the goal of ticking off my "bucket list" destinations!

In preparation for 2010 this time last year, I made goals to: change the way I deal with  my mentees; eliminate and downsize my business interests to include ONLY the very best; do live webcasts; restructure the castle seminar to include the new QLA Credo (below as a P.S.); open an office in Shanghai; produce new QLA training programs; update and modernize my web site; expand my internet presence via social net working; structure a more comprehensive follow up procedure for seminar attendees with monthly conference calls; establish a scholar athlete scholarship in honor of my Father; tick off 3 (and actually did 4) travel destinations on my "bucket list."

I have accomplished all the above, in addition to a lot more, but am especially proud of: the castle seminar has been restructured to emphasize what worked best since 1993 for attendees going forward; a new monthly conference call with castle attendees to support their individual QLA programs; create new QLA training programs; and initiate my Father’s student athlete scholarship!

Years ago, I would ask myself – would I have been as successful if I would not have been so prolific in setting and accomplishing goals? I know now after 34 years of setting goals and accomplishing them, there is no comparison! The most recent castle seminar has a number of new sections, but one of the most important is goal setting and assigning positive affirmations to accomplish them.

NOW IS THE TIME TO AVOID REGRETS!

This is a perfect time of the year to sit and reflect on the year that is just finishing and the year about to begin! Take the time! You deserve it! And unless you take the time – because you’re worth it- what you will have left at the end of your life is REGRETS!  And having lived 65 years and worked 40 years (not including 39 months of active duty in military, which was as important as any business experience I ever gained), I can tell you with certainty: 1) MAN’S GREATEST BURDEN IS UNFULFILLED POTENTIAL; AND 2) YOU WILL REGRET THE THINGS YOU DIDN’T DO/ATTEMPT AND THE RISKS YOU DIDN’T TAKE!

We demand discipline. We expect innovation. The lives of my partners and the success of our mission depend on me – my technical skill, tactical proficiency, and attention to detail. My training is never complete.

We train for war and fight to win. I stand ready to bring the full spectrum of power to bear in order to achieve my mission and the goals established by my goals and aspirations. The execution of my duties will be swift and violent when required yet guided by the very principles that I serve to defend and honor: honesty; morality; legality; and ethical.

Talented men/women have fought in the trenches of life building the proud tradition and feared reputation of the QLA warrior, that I am bound by my honor to uphold. In the worst of conditions, the legacy of those that have gone before me steadies my resolve and silently guides my every deed. I will not fail.

Dear QLA High Performer,

My trip to South America was terrific! Iguazu falls, Machu Picchu, standing on the equator and Galapagos were spectacular! I will post photos in facebook in due course. I attach a few for your perusal here.

The October Castle Seminar was outstanding!  We had attendees from Russia (by way of Nevada), Austria, the  USA , Asia and the famous Bruce Whipple, who has been my partner and confidant since 1993. It was a terrific group to see the “New” QLA Castle Seminar (See the attached photos). You can see the interviews on my site in due course.

I am writing now, before my New Year message, to announce my next Castle Seminar the last week of Feb 2011. I didn’t want too much time to pass so as many of you can begin the new year with a Quantum Leap bang. Remember, people don’t plan to fail – they fail to plan!

Plus I want to announce a NEW Expanded payment schedule for the feb 2011 QLA Castle Seminar, for those that qualify.

This seminar varied with additional material to update it from the last seminar from April 2010 but the most desired was the new extended role playing. We played financial institution against entrepreneur and vice-versa. The presentations were quite beneficial and entertaining.

As you can see the young  28 year old man has made a major paradigm shift in his life. The young man was remarkable and though he had some trouble expressing himself, he did terrific.

IF YOU THINK HE TOOK ACTION WHAT ABOUT THIS TRUE STORY?

There were several other acts of change during the seminar, but one from a grandmother was extraordinary! A woman in her 50’s fired a key employee on the phone back in Florida, mid seminar (Wednesday is the day it comes together for most) . That wasn’t the only person to be sacked from the castle since 1993. What made it rather unusual,  was the   person she terminated – HER DAUGHTER and the mother of her grand children. She decided it was time to finally exhibit tough love. Like many children the daughter felt entitled. She should of done it years before.

As if this wasn’t enough the same woman was on Skype busting the balls of her banker to get a 500% increase on her lines of credit, after what she learned  vies-a-vies banks and credit management ;and she spent her spare time buying a competing company.

Other Castle Seminar first:

• this was the only time we had two sons and a father at the same castle seminar
• the only time we pitted brother against brother as banker and entrepreneu
• and it was a long awaited appearance from Bruce Whipple who has been to every QLA seminar.

These are the kinds of changes that attendees make during and after the seminar. I have never thought of listing them before, but will going forward to illustrate the phenomenal kinds of shifts that are possible for those that really are sick and tired of being sick and tired of not fulfilling their God given potential!

I am so proud of all the attendees  from our 2010 seminars, but the ones that sucked up their panty hose – nutted up -  or manned up – have understood the importance of taking action, that following QLA means.  Not easy – but not impossible!

P.S.  I have not had a world class athlete (that won) in several years, but I do have a mentee once again. Andrew Reid and I have been working together since he came to the castle a few years ago. He does executive training for fortune 500 co’s and is listed on my web site. He has worked with two of my children in the last couple years. Someone once told me “most people give up to soon.”  After 10 years of building my team, placing 3rd at this event 2 years ago, and 2nd last year, 5th at the World’s, we finally won it all this past Sunday!

All athletes compete, partly for the competitive chase itself….to fight for the win, to see what is possible. But to finally win a major championship, the feeling is relaxed, comfortable, and we’re all thinking limitless about the future!

Dear Dan,

Nearly one year has gone, since we met for a whole week in your marvelous and ancient, fully renovated to deluxe class Guthrie Castle in Scotland.

What has happened since then to me?

My family already was very fine until then, but afterwards developed even much better - simply great and nearly unbelievable – thank you very much, Dan.

Until then I had negotiated and realized deals all together of a volume of a few million Euros.

During the last 11 months I could multiply that in a really fantastic way.

I listened to or negotiated about deals over about 1,5 billion Euros, was invited to deals on several continents and already realized a highly satisfactory multiple in project/deal volume of what I have realized during my whole life before.

I now own a multiple in shares/holdings/investments, than I did a year before – so, I earned more last year, than I did my whole life before – and I own more than 50 percent in each deal (in only one deal together with a partner).

Filling my emotional bank account with your support over the last year enabled me to feel something like I could convince the UN or any parliament in the world about anything talking before them literally barefoot:

Even today – on Saturday – I started to work at 5 a. m.

Yesterday I got a contract from the church for a fine project …….

…..I also tried to apply the behavioral patterns you preach, Dan, in a better way, than I did before in other deals:

A few weeks ago I met the director of a bank, who wanted to offer me a few projects. New financing by his bank without personal liability included. He had tried to get into a meeting with me for months. After two and a half hours he had offered me several projects, I immediately told him my opinion about each of them and he seemed quite impressed. After three hours I left and we shook hands again – his hands were cold and wet, my hands dry and warm. I laughed about that quite a lot (after I had left his office).

Yesterday 2:12 p. m. shortly before I was back in the office after fetching the contract and the building permission, he wrote to me that the bank has accepted my offer – letter by letter – for the first of the projects.

I had made this offer yesterday at about high noon before I left to go to the church government and to the mayor - it was the first offer I ever made to this bank – one page in size – one price and about a handful of fine, convenient terms and conditions for us.

As I now simply write down and remember the things that happened only yesterday, I think, you or anyone else would merely believe this – what seems to me even more than reasonable -, but I want to add that to be able to accomplish this in just one day within about two hours is just by accident, of course - but to accomplish all of this AT THE END is just a few hundred hours of applying your QLA strategies and maybe even more your QLA ATTITUDE.

If the mayor writes to you in December 2010 after many months of fighting for it, that you should take back your planning application, because there would be no way for a permission forever for sure, the simple question is: "What will it take, to turn all the nay-sayers into friendly supporters?" I simply never gave up. And by the way: I never gave and never took anything for such support.

But my simple QLA ATTITUDE was: " Whatever it takes – as far as it is legal and honest -, I will do it!".

So I decided to do 1., 2., 3., 4., 5….:

So, I want to thank you again, Dan, for what you gave to me:

1. At the beginning a few years ago in your books and your tapes – I could apply several things immediately by getting all the financings I wanted etc.

2. But last year in April you and the QLA Castle Experience were still another level of graduation. Before that experience I already was convinced by your materials and my own experience, that I could do all of this.

After this experience I do not need this conviction any more, because now I really and deeply know it. And there are no more doubts, now, because if you know something, you do not have to ask a lot of questions about that, you simply are able to use it and to act, as if you had no limits.

Doubts about a deal are useful, but we never share them. We are laser beam focused

We act as if we landed in Britain and we burnt our ships – loosing is no alternative – we act, as if we had no limits. So we do whatever it takes, as far as it is legal and honest…

I did so many things this year, they all told me about "You cannot do that!" – but I did. You are absolutely right, Dan.

I still have not created a dream or a dream team what your suggestion is - so, doing this one day or another could result in entering even higher levels – but I am doing very well now, as you can imagine by simply reading about one great day.

What my conclusion is like your own, besides my deepest thanks:

Super success is not for everyone, maybe especially the touchy-felly ones (but even they can fill their emotional bank accounts with tons of self-esteem, self-consciousness and grow largely in confidence),

But I think super success and QLA is for all of those who are able and willing to do whatever it takes.

Because then they are able to do whatever they dream about, at least they simply are not anymore able to excuse and say, that they did not know how to do it.

So, I think, the best thing for anyone who has the chance and luck to be confronted in any way with themes of Dan Pena and QLA is meeting him in person.

Dear High Performer and Visionary,

I have just passed a milestone that virtually no one thought or expected me to pass. No, it was not my first million, five million or 50 million. That was too long ago to remember. It was not me buying my first company. It was not the first time a board of directors threw me out. It was not the first time I took a company public.

When I was young my family, friends, and teachers didn't ever believe I would reach the age of 20, 30, or 40! Yet here I am just passing my 65th birthday. Albeit with a torn rotator cuff and bicep and to add insult to injury – a broken toe. I want to thank all who sent birthday messages via my social media sites and email. I appreciated it!

Coaching – Mentoring

I have been officially coaching, teaching and mentoring since 1993. It has been the best of times and with a very few instances the not so good of times. But through it all, I have kept in perspective trying to get people to expand their comfort zone is a very difficult task – very difficult.  Of course when I began, I thought given the facts of why we as human beings, greatly under perform – ALL would take the lead and charge forward into glory. Boy was I WRONG!

In a few years I gained enough data that showed about 10% can make BIG changes very quickly; 50% can make changes in a short period of time varying from 3 – 6 months, although these changes are relatively small. The other 50% showed progress over time, sometimes years. But the solace I got was almost all improved. Even though some where slow learners – in the end almost all moved forward. Having done a lot of comparisons, I knew few other personal and business enhancement programs showed any real lasting improvement. Hence, after 17 years of coaching/mentoring, I can say with my hand on my heart I have improved the life of many.

On a recent trip I saw a young man I met about 4-5 years ago who drove a limo. He wanted to be in the entertainment business. He subsequently got all my training programs and listened to them countless times. He listens to them even now – over and over again! I have seen him a few times over the years to get an update and give him a bit of encouragement. I saw him again recently and he related his fabulous progress and in fact he had made a low budget movie (not porn) and was working on several lucrative projects in Hollywood. Mike had come full circle from a young 25 year old with a dream to living his dream. The only advantage, if you can call it that, was he was 100% focused on his dream. As an aside, before he came to Hollywood he made pizzas in New York City. Now he makes movie!

I have mentored/coached a Global 20 CEO for 10 years who came to me with a goal and 7 years later he was CEO and countless other successful guys and gals.  My recent second edition of YOUR FIRST 100 MILLION talks about many of them, including the foreword by Klaus Kleinfeld,  Chairman and CEO of Alcoa, a Fortune 100 company.

In short, I am extremely satisfied with the people I have assisted in achieving their dreams! And I plan on coaching many more for the foreseeable future!

Giving Back

As successful as I have been in personal life I treasure my coaching experiences. And as an extension of giving back I started working with kids in orphanages here in Manila. I get a lot of satisfaction in working with the Nuns and girls of Holy Family Home. This weekend I am taking all the girls (ages 6 – 18) and nuns to the zoo for the day. We all eat dinner twice a month.

Honoring My Dad

As I have written my 91 year old father passed December 2009.  I had been planning for months a gift in his name to Lincoln High School, East LA, where he graduated from in 1936. The first Manuel S. Pena Scholarship was given to 5 worthy student athletes in June 2010. I took the kids to lunch recently and was moved by their sincerity and humbleness. My youngest son Derrick is acting as their mentor through undergraduate school. As an aside, Derrick has been in Shanghai since he completed his MBA last year. The level of questions from the kids (2 guys and 3 gals, 4 Hispanic and 1 Vietnamese) was a little strange to me. They focused on where I came from and how I excelled against the odds. Naively I came prepared to tell them how to structure their future.

It was a great lunch. The kids arrived early to be collected by a stretch limo. The limo driver arrived early thinking it would take 90 minutes to meet me for lunch. My limo was late due to excess traffic. The Italian restaurant I made reservations at closed down the week before (of course there is no recession) without telling anyone and the only place to eat nearby was a Mexican eatery; hence we spent the next 2 hours eating food at least 4 of the kids ate daily and the one Asian kid never ate. So as I told them this is a good lesson – MAN PLANS AND GOD LAUGHS! But my main point I emphasized was, "Man doesn't plan to fail – man fails to plan."

Next Seminar

As those who were attending the planned Castle Seminar next week, you already know I was forced to postpone it. I was injured while lifting weights a few weeks ago and underwent surgery to repair a torn Rotator Cuff and Bicep. I now am the proud owner of three Titanium anchor bolts in my right shoulder. This is in addition to my already Titanium bar and screws that replaced my shattered collar bone of 10 years ago I got as a consequence of racing dune buggies with my sons. . This in conjunction with my new steel hip from last year causes quite a commotion when I go through security at airports, LOL!

Seriously, I was truly sorry to have to cancel the Castle Event. It is now scheduled for 24 October when I will be back to normal. I am told I can't play golf till January 2011 and am seriously restricted for a few more weeks in any activity with my upper body. As part of this time out for my body, I postponed my trip to Galapagos islands and South America to coincide with my 65th birthday.

Market environment

The stock market is still looking for a reason to justify a double dip recession. Only time will tell, but there continues to be great opportunities for doing things with Quantum Leap Advantage. From the entertainment industry to property and health care opportunities exist and are waiting to be exploited. Of course I still say, as I have, since the mid-80's, health care and telecommunications is going to be big in the worlds future for many decades. This is exemplified by Obama care and the internet which is telecommunication.

Mastermind Groups

A few devotees have approached me vis-à-vis mastermind groups. I have written before what it takes to have a successful group. Of course Napoleon Hill made this concept popular 75 years ago. As I recall he had Abe Lincoln, former President of the USA, and other luminaries in his mythical group. From this the group idea sprang to life with real live master mind group members. If you devotees, have an interest in this please let me know. I would put the interested in touch with one another.

Future travels

In a few weeks I am on the trail again. I will be in Newport, Rhode Island, Boston, Bulgaria, Transylvania/Romania, UK, and Hong Kong then off to South America (65th birthday trip), L.A. and the Castle Seminar.  As I used to tell my dearly departed Mother – No rest for the wicked or the goal driven!

Regrets

We all have them, but they mean much more as you grow older! I have said more times than I can remember when your are processing your last thoughts among them will be the things you didn't do – but wished you had! Hence, your regrets play a big role as you get older. But what you don't realize as you mature is they affect you from a very young age. We all have stuff in our past we would rather not have done! Most of us suppress them deeply. In your QLA journey these regrets will challenge you all the time! As I mentioned above Comfort Zone (CZ) is a key to success for ALL high performance individuals. The key is getting your CZ to expand faster than it would normally. And when it doesn't we all have guilt for the opportunity that passed us by. And that guilt manifests itself over time into BIG REGRETS!

Some of my regrets are of BIBLICAL proportions, of course this isn't the place to do an extensive description. But suffice it to say regrets affect our performance and we MUST be cognizant that our past actions Will affect our future actions! Just as some of us are afraid of the dark, etc, which is probably a manifestation of something that happened in our childhood. Business is just the same. We are products of our social and economic milieus and all the decisions we made while going through that personal history. We can be held hostage by our past more than we know. It becomes much more obvious as we get older. And I can speak from personal experience. These and other personal horror stories I discuss in detail at the seminar. In fact in the last castle seminar while relating such a story, I broke down and I had difficulty relating what occurred almost 25 years ago. The seminar attendees were stunned!

You may wonder why I mention something this personal? I do for two extremely important reasons:

1. It is these personal past experiences that keep us from achieving our goals
2. As Jack Welsh former CEO of GE says – candor and full disclosure are the true keys to success in business and life!

When asked my secret to success, I have often said I have been blessed with self esteem, since I was about 10 years old due to my Mom! But what I did with this self esteem was intricately tied to whatever success I have had. Early in my life I did not fully appreciate what an advantage having self esteem did for an individual! Hence, my candor to a fault at times, has always showed me in a vain that most could not relate to, but almost all admired! And this candor was manifested in my full disclosure covering virtually all aspects of life! And QLA's basic precepts were born!

Dear High Performer and Visionary,

Happy Independence Day!

All my teams have been knocked out of the world cup; Larry King has just announced his retirement; the stock market is still looking for a reason to declare a  double dip recession; the gulf of Mexico oil spill is still raging and getting worse (as I predicted); so I have time to write a few thoughts in my news letter, LOL!

I had my second conference call last sat with the April seminar attendees: they say there  are deals available; there is money available; banks are generally amenable to doing transactions; they would not of believed they would be doing the actions they are now taking before they experienced the castle seminar; and I will add though not expressed directly by them.

None of this would have occurred without them TAKING DIRECT FOCUSED ACTION! In simple language, though they all thought they had been working hard in some form or another before the seminar, they now know they have been skating through their lives vis a vis being a high performance person! I am sure many of you can relate. Another one of their emails is below as a p.s. I have also attached as a P.S. a photo of one of the recent seminar attendees from Romania (Transylvania), to illustrate I am an equal opportunity mentor and coach!  We called him "The Impaler" for obvious reasons!

Comfort Zone (CZ)

I received this message on Face book this week:

I was speaking to my sister who graduated from CSUN about you and your work. I was shocked to find out she spent 5 weekends at your home in Palos Verdes in the early 90's. She told me the thing that stuck with her was your asking them " To get out of their comfort zones".

She told me how she remembered how the group no longer wanted to go the event and how it wasn't to later on in her life in teaching her own children to "get out of their comfort zones" that she realized the gift you had given her.

I remember this class well, I taught at California State University, Northridge, where I attended under graduate school. The class deteriorated in size over the semester. I brought in various mentees of mine to relate different QLA precepts. The students could not relate to the concept of comfort zone, at that time. The all felt they were bright and going to take  the world apart. You can imagine how I got the kids to drop out – I put the heat on their young minds and told them there were consequences to missing my class  – a non passing grade!

That was a long time ago, but as I have been coaching over the years "comfort zone" or CZ  always presents a very formidable hurdle to all who desire success in following their dreams! Whether it is in athletics, business or life, people who feel more confident in their actions will prevail! To step out of one's CZ isn't easy! But the more you do it the easier it becomes. Do you remember the first person you ever went out with? Your first kiss? Your first – well you know what I mean!

Comfort zone was discovered, or created by Jim Newman. This great man was my mentor till his passing. His PACE – personal and company effectiveness was the training grounds to countless high performance people! I am merely one of the very large stable. His book is one of the few I continue to recommend – Release Your Brakes. It is a master piece and I suggest you get it ASAP! It's main premise is -  we go through life with our emergency brakes on. for those of us old enough, we know what it feels like to drive a car with the emergency brakes on (now you can't because you must put the car in gear): u drive very sluggish; it is bad for the tires, differential, engine; and generally drags on the entire performance of the car. Because we tend to always stay in our CZ, we never realize and or appreciate what our bodies, mind and self can really do. For those of us that have gone from being out of shape to getting fit you know what I mean. Well the same thing is possible for our minds and beings!

The major thing I have noticed in the recent seminar alumni, since I have now had two  conference calls with them – they all sound more and more confident! They continue to appear more confident as the weeks go by, and now after 8 weeks they sound completely different. They have stepped out of their CZ's and gained confidence that can never be taken from them – no matter what!

One fairly comprehensive definition of comfort zone:

The comfort zone is a behavioral state within which a person operates in an anxiety-neutral condition, using a limited set of behaviors to deliver a steady level of performance, usually without a sense of risk. The comfort zone refers to the set of environments and behaviors with which somebody is comfortable, without creating a sense of risk. A person's personality can be described by his or her comfort zones. Highly successful persons may routinely step outside their comfort zones, to accomplish what they wish. A comfort zone is a type of mental conditioning that causes a person to create and operate mental boundaries. Such boundaries create an unfounded sense of security. Like inertia, a person who has established a comfort zone in a particular axis of his or her life, will tend to stay within that zone without stepping outside of it. To step outside a person's comfort zone, they must experiment with new and different behaviors, and then experience the new and different responses that then occur within their environment.

Insensitive or Incompetent?

I have said countless times, I may be wrong – but I am never in doubt! I have been accused of many things, but being indecisive isn't one of them. I have always said, I attribute my decisiveness to my training as a young army officer, over 40 years ago.  I have said, I would rather be respected than loved  – including to my three children. I have said these and many more controversial statements because – I would rather be called insensitive than incompetent! I feel strongly most kids are ill prepared for the toughness of life, because parents spend most of their time dealing with their own insecurities as their parents dealt with theirs.

High performance people are decisive, bold, and respected - they are not necessarily loved.  in fact most are only loved by their mom's, LOL!

Being too sensitive can be in the short, intermediate and long term debilitating. Being sensitive can dictate your actions, because you do not want  to make waves. Or you want to be liked and in some cases loved. As many of you know, I have never suffered from this feeling. In fact some say my entire methodology is based on – pissing people off and being tough beyond common decency. This is a gross exaggeration, but does have some merit to it. I am not, nor ever have been, since I was in my teens been afraid of saying what I thought. As I have said many times, I attribute my high self esteem to my mother. God rest her soul. And to this day, my biggest regret is not being a better son! I didn't realize the precious gift she gave me till I was middle age.

If you look and listen to the high performance people of the past 100 years: Ford, Edison, Carnegie; Goodyear, Rockefeller, Gates, Trump, Perot; Ellison, Welsh; M.L. King; Huizenga, Jobs, Buffett, Branson, Murdoch, Disney, Sears, Westinghouse, Walton, Onassis, Kroc, Hilton, Watson and countless other modern day high performance people with their social media programs where they speak their minds on a daily basis – they were and are not now ever shy to say what they thought. None of them could be accused of being sensitive. Of course there are always exceptions to all rules and I am sure for those of you that are sensitive, you will hope and pray you are the exception as well. The odds are your not, but I hope you are for your family's sake.

Needless to say another big difference in the April castle seminar attendees is their perception of what is sensitivity and how they feel vis-à-vis what people think of them. Enough said!

Tax Note

This is not meant to be tax advice in any way, shape manner or form but think about this fact: The upcoming tax hike going into effect 2011 in the USA will by definition shift income into 2010, so it will have a more favorable tax rate. What are the implications? And how can you take advantage of the chaos?

Back in the mid 90's I was assisting in recruiting board members for several companies I was involved with in the UK, Europe and USA. I was always on the road and it was extremely time consuming – looking back. Of course hind sight is always 20/20.

There was a lawyer who was a legend at the time. He represented only the toughest clients in the UK, in fact he had just been successful in getting off the sons of a major industrialist. He was a workaholic. He owned in title one of the only houses in Mayfair (they are all owned by the duke of Westminster) and virtually all are leased on long terms like 99 years. His business cards were platinum coated and he was extremely eccentric.

We had approached him to join one of our boards but he politely declined due to time constraints and possible conflicts of interest.  He did say he would like to meet me, I said yes and showed up for a 7 am breakfast. I remember vividly walking up to his 5 story house looking forward to the experience, though I dislike breakfast meetings! We sat through breakfast and exchanged antidotes on business and life. What I can share with you is as follows: he had not taken a day off since 1971. He was not married. He loved the law, he adored what he did 18 – 20 hrs a day and he loved what he did because, amongst other things, he was so extremely good at it!

I asked him why he wanted to meet me? He laughed and said, "I had heard you had not taken a day off since 1970. I didn't believe it and I wanted to meet you and congratulate you – if true!" We both laughed. I said it was true and we roared again! He said how did you keep it up so long? I said, similarly I loved what I did and I was extremely good at what I did. We both laughed as we sipped our cups of tea and both said we felt bad for all the people who are engaged in things they don't love.

What is the moral to this true story? It should be as plain as the nose on your face, but in the spirit of kindness and brotherly love I will not kick you in the teeth about it. What I will say most people are: inherently lazy; give up on their dreams based on conventional wisdom; say money is not important enough to disrupt their lives when they fail the first, second or third time; and as guru Stuart Goldsmith says – most people live quite lives of desperation!

Since I turned 60, I am working less and I have actually taken days off. Since I turned 60 I am actually taking trips that have almost nothing to do with business. But there is not a day I don't listen to CNN, CNBC, FOX and BBC. There is not a day I don't read and answer emails! there is not a day I don't keep track of the business ventures I am involved. Hence, I cannot say there are days I am totally excluded from business – including my birthday, Christmas, and all holidays. Of course business is still a BIG part of my life! I still love what I do and do what I love! At one time it was almost my entire life!

Travel Schedule

I am fairly busy the next four months in Asia, USA, South America, UK and Europe. Though I don't give seminars other than at Guthrie Castle, I do enjoy seeing QLA devotees during my travels!

Castle Seminar – August 22 to 28

I will have another Castle Extravaganza in August. As I have written, the last one in April went especially well, notwithstanding 5 Germans and The Impaler from Transylvania! LOL! The increased role playing assisted all in their skills set, especially The Impaler! The ongoing conference calls have been extremely successful for focused follow up. Email contact with me has been beneficial to all that have used my candid and sometimes harsh comments.

The Toilet Cleaner…Amazing Story……THE RIGHT ATTITUDE GETS YOU PLACES…

Unemployed………………..

An unemployed worker applies to Microsoft for the position of Janitor. After going through tests and interviews ,the H.R. manager informs him that he is selected and request for his email address to which he wanted to send the employment contract and details of the day and time to start work. The man is distraught and answers that he has no computer and therefore he has no email . The H.R. boss tells him that if he has no email address he virtually does not exist and therefore cannot hold a job. The man leaves in a desperate mood without knowing what to do , with his last $ 10 in his pocket. Finally he decides to go into a supermarket and to buy a 10 lb box of strawberries. He starts selling them door to door by the pound. He manages to double his capital in 2 hours. He repeats the deal 3 times more and goes home with $ 60 in his pocket. He comes to see that he can survive this way. He starts every day earlier and come home every day later. So he triples or quadruples his money every day. A short time later he buys a wheel barrow, that he exchanges later into a truck and sooner or later he is the owner of a complete fleet of delivery truck.

5 years go by…..THE MAN IS NOW THE OWNER OF ONE OF THE LARGEST FOOD CHAIN STORES IN THE U.S.A.

Now he starts thinking about the future for him and his family and decides to buy a life insurance policy. He calls an agent and selects a good policy. At the end of the negotiations, the agent asks him for his email address to send him a confirmation of the policy. The man tells him that he doesn't have an email address!!! That's strange says the agent, you have no email address and nevertheless you built this large empire. Can you imagine where would you be if you had an email address?? The man briefly thinks and answers: I WOULD HAVE BEEN A TOILET CLEANER WITH MICROSOFT CORPORATION.

• Moral 1 of the story: The internet does not solve all the problems in our lives.
• Moral 2 of the story: When you have no email address but work hard you can be a millionaire.
• Moral 3 of the story: You have received the story by email. Therefore you are closer to a janitor than a millionaire.

Nevertheless have a great day… networking with the likeminded… linking the very mind , soul, hearts to realize your individual and professional goals, linking to make this world a smaller place to live work meet greet and be a success.

Hello Sir,

Thanks a lot for the great and life changing experience at your castle.

I have no questions at the moment, as pretty much everything falls into place when I regain focus. If you like, here my summary meanwhile. It got a little lengthy though …. But I wanted to give you a good picture of the effects of your seminar.

Business

I talked with several people to become director of my night club. I found two prospects – one could be director OR the other one would also invest and be co-director. We could invest to build up another part of the night club or invest in the exiting part. Negotiations are in the run. I will see how it works out. But I am pretty confident. GOAL: Freeing me time, getting away from micro to macro, getting focus. One partner is especially experienced and will bring new energy to the place.

I talked to one business partner about the  "hostile" take over plan I told you about.. I told them I only see 5% -10%  to make it, but he said, if I make it, they´d be easily willing to put up 1 Mio EUR – so we can get the rest at the banks (lended against the property and hopefully some against the existing cashflow of the business, if not I will go for additional investors). It took me just 30 minutes to explain the concept and a very "un-germanic" way on 2 x 1/3 A4 sized paper sheet of jammed notes to explain! I would not have done that before the seminar.

I have a mentor / board member who has been in the business 30y + and the former CEO of the opponent as director! He knows pretty much everything about the business and managed it 3y successfully.

Also I can combine my entertainment business "expertise" with my real estate "expertise". However it will be not easy. But we will go for it anyway! But take this great chance then never going for it.

At this point I am still in the process of finding my vision. But I am getting closer! Acquiring business is likely part of it. Perhaps building them on a more macro level. I will hav to go for passive cashflow at the first step also, so to have more time to go for bigger things. I like the overall idea of "corporate raiding", acquiring. Probably bankrupt ones ? But I´ll have to find out about that and clarify the picture.

I talked to just two banks meanwhile and I turned them both around. Started interviewing mode. I can report in the call if you like. I am quite confident for the future for whatever comes. Totally different. Thanks for that!!!

Overall as result of seminar I started having an astonishing clarity in many situations. I was stubborn before – but now it´s on another level.  If people try to suck my money or time – I simply think of how you described how people suck my life blood out of me and my business and then I just think : "What a s*cker – F*** OFF" and give them hell. I really hammered some suckers into the ground – and the best is I am really feeling good about it – without any feelings of guilt – because now I am (more) true to myself (and to them as well!). If they ask for it – they may have it!!! Give a f***. However this is a process that gets stronger every time I use it.

Private

Immediately after the Castle Seminar I moved to a larger much nice place – I couldn´t stand the old one after the seminar anymore! Second – I kicked several boring affairs I had – without the fear of loss (that the difference!) – I see it now as chance to find something better.
